• EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />As shown on Exhibit C-1, significant, valuable, or permanent man-made structures <br />located within two hundred (200) feet of affected land are as follows; <br />• Burlington Northern/Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroad <br />• San Isabel Electric single phase overhead distribution line <br />• U.S. West/Qwest overhead and buried telephone line. <br />• MCI World Com and Qwest Communications buried fiber optic lines (follows <br />railroad corridor) <br />• Buried 1 %< and 1 %z inch buried water lines and stock watering tanks <br />The overhead power and telephone lines will be adversely affected by the operation, and <br />notarized letters of agreement from the respective utilities regarding compensation are <br />included with this exhibit. As discussed in the attached letter from Contour Consulting <br />Engineering, Rio Grande does not expect adverse affects on the railroad or buried fiber <br />optic lines; however, any construction done in the areas of the railroad and fiber optic <br />lines will be done in cooperation with the owners of those facilities.
