In cubic yazds, approximately how much material will be removed? <br />10. By what method(s) will the material be extracted? <br />11. Will either the landowner or the mine site operator receive any type of compensation, i.e., <br />monetary, in-kind, etc., from the proposed material extraction? <br />12. Please supply a copy of any documents that will ensure that the area of extraction will be <br />reclaimed to some beneficial land use once extraction activities Gave been completed. <br />13. Do you have permits for this activity from any other governmental agencies, and, if so, wha <br />are they? <br />14. Are there state/federal/localagencies participants in terms of funding (yes) (no), design (yes) <br />(no). What are the percentages? <br />We trust that the activities will be performed as represented. If we receive a complaint, we are required <br />to conduct an inspection of the site. <br />Send the petition to the Division, and we will make a determination or schedule the petition before the <br />Board at its next meeting. Normally, the Board meets each month in Denver for two days. The meetings <br />aze held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, starting at 9:00 a.m. The next monthly meeting of the Boazd <br />is October 22-23. 1997. <br />If there is a hearing on this matter, we recommend that you or your representativebe present at the meeting <br />when your petition is considered. You are encouraged to make your own presentation and answer questiots <br />by the Board. The Division will not make your arguments for you. We will, however, schedule <br />consideration of your petition by the Board. <br />If we schedule this matter for a Declaratory Order hearing, you should prepaze 10 copies of the material <br />you wish to present to the Boazd. We need to receive your material 10 days prior to the scheduled Board <br />hearing date, so that we have time to distribute your copies to the Boazd for their use during the meeting. <br />
