WATER INFORMATION -Exhibit"~" <br />Due to the operation being located on a dry alluvial moderate to gently sloping <br />sidehill, and there are no streams, springs or underground water found at the site, <br />the mining operation will not affect water resources. <br />Minor amounts of run-off from the rain and snow will occur in the stages, but <br />the topography will be so gentle (3:1) three to one slope or less, that no erosion <br />occurs. Water accumulating in the bottom of the pit presents no problem because <br />o: the extremely small amount which collects. <br />•'G_1•• <br />
