RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE TWO <br />1. Remove fines and reclaim the area with rapid growth type plant cover of Russian <br />Wild Rye (5 lbs. /acre) a.nd Western Wneatgrass (5 lbs. /acre) in the fall of 1985. <br />A & S Construction Company will reclaim the area in the fall of 1985, as indicated, <br />to protect the area until it is mined is the future. (Approximately 2 1/2 acres). <br />Landowner may farm the area until mining occurs (Page "D-16"). <br />2. Ten acres are in Stage Two lobe reclaimed. <br />3. Two acres are to be reclaimed per year. thus lasting five years. <br />4. The Operator will start reclamation on the North boundary of Stage Two and <br />proceed to the South boundary of Stage Two (Page "F-1"). <br />5. A reclaimed site with a (3:1) elope will be located on the East side of Stage Two. <br />6. Stage Two will be reclaimed the method as Stage One (Page "E-4" and <br />"E-5", Paragraph "9"). <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Two boundaries for easier interpretation so that the <br />Contractor will have no difficulty <br />boundary. <br />staying within the reclamation Stage Two <br />8.
