u <br />October 29, 1997 <br />AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />INSPECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 157 BRIDGE <br />NORTH OF HIGHWAY 50 OVER THE ARKANSAS RIVER <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 15,1997 <br />Purpose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the County Road <br />157 bridge that spans over the Arkansas River in Pazkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection was Phil Musial (Vibra-Tech Engineers). The top, sides, <br />underneath and footers of the bridge were viewed. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the bridge may change after the date of <br />• inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the <br />Colorado Department of Transportation, or the passage of time. This report deals with <br />the condition of the bridge at the time of inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the bridge <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in azeas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which <br />requved dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the reaz of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Photo #1) Identification photo from the south. <br />Photo #2) South side -indicative asphalt cracks. <br />Photos # 3-11) Asphalt cracks near the middle and north end ofthe bridge. <br />Photo # 12) Northeast corner of the bridge. <br />Photos #13-15) Cracks under the north end of the bridge. <br />
