Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Int.'s Second Quarter 2003 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's first quarter 2003 DMRs were received by the Division, on July 21, 2003. <br />Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Four outfalls dischazged during second quarter 2003; Outfall 002 dischazged routinely throughout the <br />quarter. TMI reports that Outfalls 001, 011, 020 and dischazged for a portion of the quarter. No <br />reported pazameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standazds for any of the ponds that dischazged. <br />WET tests were conducted for outfalls 001, 002, 011, and 020 with no exceedences reported.
