<br />7HIS AGREEMENT, made this K~~ day of ~ 2006, under authority of the Acts of July 31, 1947
<br />(61 Stat 661), as amended (30 U S C. 601 el seq.), MarchM 1917 (16 U.S.C. 520), and June 11, 1960 (74 Stat. 205),
<br />and the regulations set forth in 36 CFR 228, Subpart C, between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter
<br />called the "Government"), acllng through the Authorized Officer of the Forest Service (hereinafter called the "Authorized
<br />Officer"), and GRAND COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE (hereinafter called the "Purchaser.")
<br />WITNESSETH, That the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:
<br />Sec. 7. Contract area. The Government hereby sells to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby buys from Government,
<br />under the terms and conditions of this contract, ail of the mineral materials described in Sec. 2 below, for severance,
<br />extraction, or removal, stockpiling and storing on the following described lands situated in the Arapaho ~ Roosevelt
<br />National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland, County of Grand, State of Colorado as shown on the operating plan
<br />marked "Exhibit B" and "Exhibit C: 1-3", attached hereto and made a part hereof: NE114NW1/4 Section 17,
<br />Township 3 South, Range 77 West, 61h Principal Meridian, containing 5.57 acres, more or less. Up to 70,000 cubic
<br />yards of aggregate would be excavated and crushed at the site. Approximately 20,000-24,000 cubic yards of material
<br />would be placed on County Roads 3 & 30 in the first year of operation The remainder of the material wilt be crushed
<br />and stockpiled on site for future use on roads in the William's Fork drainage and the South Forlc and Sugarloaf
<br />Campgrounds throughout the term of the permit No material will be sold..
<br />Sec. 2. Amount and once of materials. The total purchase price will be determined by multiplying the total quantity of
<br />each kind of mineral material designated by the respective unit price as set forth below, or as changed through
<br />raappraisalhereunder
