The subject <br />' property is being Leased from Allen G. Smith and has been recently <br />rezoned by the Arapahoe County Board of Commissioners to enable <br />such an operation. <br />' The site is identified as a mineral resources area by the <br />Colorado Geological Survey in their 1974 mapping of sand, gravel and <br />' quarry aggregate resources, and contains deposits of masonry type <br />' sand of sufficient extent and depth to warrant excavation and sales to <br />the building industry in the Denver region. <br />1 <br /> <br />
