A copy of this bond is enclosed. Please have
both the original and copy executed by the Director. Please
send me the copy.
As we discussed about the El Paso County problem, I have
appealed the decision of the Land Use Director, William
Wildman to the Board of Adjustment of El Paso County. A
hearing will be held on January 2, 1981. I will advise you
of the outcome. In the event Daniels Sand does not prevail
at this level, we will recommend further pursuit of this
action.
I will request a hearing on the subject before the Mined
Land Board because Daniels Sand, I believe, can present
sufficient evidence to convince the Mined Land Board to
issue the permit.
ec ull
P11 i.
