As we
discussed, I want to make changes to the size for the mine by
removing the area covered by an existing 111 Special Permit that
this 112 application surrounds. Our intent is to make changes to
the text and timetables and maps we submitted on September 25th.
i will bring the revised pages to the Division later this week so
the completeness can resume. We will then submit a 110 Limited
Impact Application to overlay the 111 permit area.
Thank you for your help and guidance on this matter. If you
have any questions please call me at 423-7297
Respectfully Submitted,
Environment, inc.
Stevan L.
