Heffner: <br />We hav- received your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit for your <br />surface mining operation in Teller County. Our initial review indicates that <br />all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land keciamation Act, <br />C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has been <br />deemed complete. All comment and review time periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application is December 15, <br />1989. You should commence publication of a notice of the filing of this <br />application immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also mail a <br />copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of affected land <br />and immediately adjacent land. You must provide proof of the notice and <br />mailing, such as Certified Mail Return keceipt Requested, to the hiLR staff <br />before your application can be considered. You must also place a copy of this <br />application for public review, less confidential items, with the Teller County <br />Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file <br />in our offices must also be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YDUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />h1EET THE REQUIREMENTS OF 7HE LAW.
