A copy is attached <br />for your file. <br />EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />There aze no permanent man-made structures within 200' of the boundaries of the Wazd <br />Pit. <br />Performance Warranty -The County did not send in a signed Performance Warranty <br />because I'm not sure we have your current fornr. We did provide a letter from the Board <br />of County Commissioners stating that all necessary funds would be available for <br />reclamation work.
