CERTIFICATION
I, Robert G. Trumbly, Jr., being a Registered Professional Engineer
in the State of Colorado do hereby certify that construction of the
Prospect Pond #007 was completed on or before August 24, 1992 and
was regularly inspected by me during the construction process. The
pond was constructed to meet or exceed the design approved by the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, Section 4.05.6 of the
Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and good
engineering and construction practice. The exact location and
dimensions were determined by Peter Epp, a Colorado Registered
Professional Land Surveyor as depicted on the accompanying map of
his August 24, 1992 survey.
