Please be <br />advised that as a result of House Bill 1115 (enclosed), effective July 1, 1991, all <br />counties and the Department of Transportation must remit all applicable application <br />fees and annual fees. The fee for a 110(2) application is $875.00. Please remit <br />this fee as soon as possible. <br />The initial decision date for your application is September 16, 1991. Failure to <br />submit the application fee will result in a decision to deny your application. If <br />you have already initiated publication, you will need to republish notice which <br />specifies a ten (10) day public comment period from the new date of newspaper <br />publication. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
