That the area indicated for topsoil stripping will not be disturbed and <br />used on previously disturbed areas unless this site is to be actually used <br />in conjunction with the mining operation in the future. , <br />2. You will take a representative sample of the mill tailings, once the <br />operation has begun, and report to us the total mercury content (mg/liter) <br />of such sample. Such analysis will again be repeated in two months and <br />one year following the first sample. <br />3. You will construct some type of catchment sump beneath the amalgamator <br />(and tables if necessary) to catch any spilled mercury. <br />4. We agreed to a reduction in bond from 55,000.00 to 53,000.00. <br />Enclosed are three forms for completion. Return these to me. <br />1. Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Please have the bank complete this.. <br />2. Financial Warranty - Letter of Credit. Fi11 out, make sure it is complete <br />and notarize this form. <br />3. Performance Warranty.
