Review by <br />the Division's Hydrologist, however, finds that the usual statement covering <br />your inspection of the competency of the rip rap material was not included nor <br />was a description of any changes occurring to the channel section since the <br />last survey. These statements and/or descriptions are considered a necessary <br />part of the annual inspection.
