All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />Snow cover obscured many embankments and pond areas. No problems were observed <br />and all impounding structures appear to be functioning as designed. <br />The following impoundmems have been reclaimed and/or released from bond: <br />West Buzzard 1, 2, 3 <br />East Buzzard 1, 2 <br />Elk <br />Inspection of these structures is no longer required and inspection forms are not included. <br />Contact me if you have any questions or need more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />James M.
