In accordance with Rule 6.4.5(2J(d), please state the proposed timing of seeding and <br />planting. <br />Seeding for final reclamation of disturbed areas, as welt as seeding of berms for <br />temporary stabilization, will occur from November through April, as ground <br />conditions allow (i.e. unfrozen soil), per recommendations from NRCS (please refer <br />to Attachment A in the original application). <br />Rule 6.4.7 Exhibit G-Water Information <br />17. Please provide as estimate of the project water requirements including flow rates <br />and annual volumes from the development, mining and reclamation of the project as <br />required by Rule 6.4.7(3). In addition, please submit a copy of the source of the <br />water rights obtained by Asphalt Paving to supply the project water requirements for <br />the mining operation and reclamation. <br />Projected water requirements for the project are approximately as follows, assuming <br />240 working days per year.
