SPECIAL WARRAN'T'Y DEED <br />THIS DEED, dated November 15, 2001 <br />between ASPHALT PAVING COMPANY, a Colorado wrporation <br />of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, Grantor and <br />THE CONSOLIDATED IvIOTUAL WATER COMPANY <br />whose legal address is: 12700 West 27'" Avenue, Lakewood, <br />Colorado 80215 <br />of the County of Jefferson, and State of Colorado, Grantee, <br />That the Grantor. for and in consideration of the sum of: <br />DOLLARS, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has/have granted, bargained, sold and <br />conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm, unto the Grantee its assigns <br />forever, all the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of <br />Weld and State of Colorado, described as follows: <br />SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT A HERETO AND MADE A <br />PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE <br />Together with: <br />1. Starting at the southwest corner of Parcel 6 as described in Exhibit A, then proceeding easterly <br />along the south line of said Parcel 6 to the southeast corner of said Parcel 6; <br />2.
