• Mine Waste <br />Coal Processing Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste. Waste generated by <br />the coal mining operation has been removed and disposed in the reclaimed back- <br />filled mine area in accordance with CMLRD regulations and guidelines (see <br />Section 2.05.6). <br />Underground Development Waste. Underground development waste has not been <br />generated by Sun Coal Company; therefore, this requirement is not applicable to <br />the Meadows No. 1 mine. <br />Return of Coal Processing Waste to Abandoned Workings.
