NEWSPAPER PUBLICATTON NOTICE <br /> <br />U <br />Sun Coal Company, Inc., Mine Permit No. C-81-029, 10200 West 44th Avenue, <br />Suite 120, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 50033, telephone (303) 422-8064, has filed a <br />request for a technical revision for the installation of an emergency dewatering <br />device fr;; Qie Yampa River Sedimentation Pond. The dewatering device has <br />been designed per regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Section 4.05.6. The Colorado Mined Land Office is located in Room 215 - <br />Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203-2273. The <br />Yampa River Sedimentation Pond is located near the mine office on the John Eilts <br />ranch approximately 2200 feet east of the west line and 1100 feet south of the <br />north line of Section 14, T.6N.R.87W. The pond is south of Highway 40 <br />approximately 5.4 miles west of Tvlilner as identified on U.S. Geological Survey <br />7.5 minute Milner Quadrangle.
