The IiorCYlcrn Bald Eagle <br />does winter in the North fork Valley grid ma,y occasi;,nal'.y <br />hunt in the Hubbard Creek drainage. However, t.lic rnine should <br />not impact the eagle's activities,. since there art: infreyuer~t <br />occurrences in the Hubbard Creek uiainage. <br />(d) the general impacts during anti af:cr the proposed operation <br />are typical of arty mining activity ir•I a signiiicrlrlt wildlife <br />urea.
