The streambed itself will <br />not sustain plant lift, and nc attempt toestabkisir plant '_ife <br />in ti;e stream bed will be ;a de. <br />The :pining of ti.is area will have little or no affect on the <br />drainage of tt,e area. <br />No large rocks, roots or other debris will be left at the <br />time of reclar..•ation. <br />
