1 <br />1 <br />' EXHIBIT L <br />' RECLAMATION COSTS <br />The point of greatest disturbance in the operation is expected <br />to be near the time of completion of Stage 1 before it is necessary <br />' to move the plant site south of the creek. The plant site contains <br />about 15 acres that will need only resoiling and revegetation. <br />The plant will probably be located on the northeast side of Stage 1 <br />' approximately in the area that will become Lake 3 after the plant <br />is moved. Therefore, there will be approximately 77 acres of <br />disturbed land of which 56 acres will be reclaimed by water. <br />' Thus, 21+/- acres will require grading and shaping, the respreading <br />of soils, and revegetation.
