1
' EXHIBIT E
' RECLAMATION PLAN AND TIMETABLE
Reclamation. The operator proposes the planned reclaimed
' future use of the property to be a series of private lakes with
surrounding green areas. It is possible that limited residential
' building may occur at a later time on elevations out of the flood
' plain. The plan is to create a quiet haven with facilities for
fishing, bird hunting and possibly swimming. For the purpose
' of this permit, the operator is the owner of the surface and
minerals so that the requirement to consult with the owner in
' regard to future use is inapplicable.
In general, the lakes that will result from the excavation
1 work will have irregular shapes; none of them will be perfect
' squares, rectangles, triangles or circles. But on those sides
that have long, relatively straight sides, during the mining
' process the operator will create irregularities (as previously
defined by the Board) to establish a more pleasing appearance.
1 Setbacks will define the outside limits of the area to be mined
so that any irregularities will be composed of product material
left in place or waste material b ackfilled into the excavation.
Slopes of at least 3:1 will be established f rom 5 feet above
to 10 feet below the water level as part of the Reclamation Plan
' (als
di
E
i
i
hibi i
o see
scuss
on
n
x
t D, M
ning Plan.
