Therefore,
' the operator expects no unusual problem with fugitive dust.
Water consumption for dust suppression can only be estimated
because variables of operating days, windy days, rainy or snowy
' days and the number of affected acres will fluctuate drastically.
The operator's best estimate of annual water useage for dust
' suppression is 6 acre feet.
Wherever mining is adjacent to St. Vrain Creek the excavation
' line (a line indicating the limits of the excavation) will be
' set back 100 feet from the existing boundary of the river. This
is a safety factor only and should not be construed otherwise.
' The setback area will be used for stockpiling soil material and
for access roads. When mining has progressed so that no further
' disturbance of these areas is likely, the land will be reclaimed
in the prescribed manner.
The existence of the gas pipelines will cause Stage 1 to
' be mined in three different excavations. Stage 2 will be mined
in two excavations. The operator's representative has met on
' site with representatives for the pipeline companies. Panhandle
Eastern Gas Company's line, located along the east boundary of
' the property, is a 4-inch line with a right-of-way that extends
' S0 feet on either side of the center. The Colorado Interstate
Gas Company lines are 2-inch lines with rights-of-way that extend
' 40 feet on either side of the center. One of the 2-inch lines
' 10
