It is our opinion that ffiis sites does not require a discharge permit at <br />this time. Should you begin operations in the future, and need to discharge process water or stormwater, you <br />will have to obtain new permit coverage for those discharges. <br />Connie Moreno, the Division's Fiscal Assistant, has been notified of the termination and will be prorating the <br />annual fee. From this process a refund or additional fee may result and if so, you should receive notification <br />within the nett 30 days.
