Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. is hereby submitting written
information pertaining to Section I of the mid-term review of
• Colorado Mining and Reclamation Permit No. C-81-014.
The information requested in Section I of the mid-term review
includes revisions to the above referenced mining permit under
the categories of Legal, Financial and Compliance information,
Operations ;Plan, Reclamation Plan, Hydrology and Subsidence. All
the revisions are attached with the exception of the four items
under Reclamation Plan, Hydrology, and Subsidence, approved for
submittal on April 15, 1987, by letter from you dated Februazy
19, 1987; and the two items under Hydrology and Subsidence
addressed by NOV C-87-002 sad NOV C-87-003 submitted Februazy 20,
1987.
Each of the attached revisions includes a cover sheet of
instructions for insertion of the information into the permit
application. The information attached to this letter is as
follows:
