The Southfield Mine should submit the <br />quarterly monitoring results for the Division's reviex. <br />STIPULATION N0. 11 <br />THE DIVISION DIRECTS DORCHESTER COAL COMPANY TO SUBMIT A PROPOSED REPORT <br />FORMAT FOR 7HE REQUIRED SEMI-ANNUAL SUBSIDENCE MONITORING REPORT, NITHIH 190 <br />• DAYS FOLLONING PERMIT APPROVAL. THIS REPORT FORMAT SHALL INCLUDE TABULATED <br />SURVEY MONUMENT AND STRUCTURE LOCATION AND ORIENTATION DATA. SURVEY DATA FOR <br />THE TMO HIGH-RESOLUTION MONUMENT GRIDS SHALL AL50 BE PRESENTED GRAPHICALLY, IN <br />CROSS-SECTION FORM. THE SUBSIDENCE MONITORING ORDER TO FACILITATE DATA <br />REPORTING AND ANALYSIS. FINALLY, SEMI-ANNUAL SUBSIDENCE MONITORING REPORT <br />SHALL INCLUDE A SUMMARY COMPARISON OF MONITORING RESULTS AND THE APPLICANT'S <br />PREDICTIONS FOR EACH INVENTORIED STRUCTURE AND THE STREAM CHANNEL OF NENLIN <br />CREEK. <br />Status - Not in Compliance <br />The Division could not find the proposed format for the semi-annual subsidence <br />monitoring report. Please submit his report for the Dl vision's review. <br />Summary of Stipulation Review <br />Of the eleven stipulations to the permit Nos. 2, 3. 6, 7 and 11 were not <br />complied with. These stipulations deal with hydrology and subsidence issues. <br />The non-compliance to the stipulations are covered in more detail in the <br />enclosed enforcement memo.
