Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: Soaring Eagle Gravel Pit Application, File No. M-99-025, Informal Conference Notice <br />Dearlnterested Person: <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology IDMG) has received an objection to the Soaring <br />Eagle Gravel Pit application. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.7.4 and 1.4.6, DMG has scheduled an Informal Conference for May 17, 1999, <br />Rule 1.4.6(2) states, At the /nforma/ Conference, each person objecting to the approval of the <br />application shall se[ forth the grounds for the objection. Similarly, The Applicant, and any other <br />person supporting the issuance of the application, shall present the grounds necessary to support <br />the issuance of the app/ication.
