EXHIBIT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />See attached USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NCRS) document <br />The NRCS document includes an aerial photograph which will correlate to Ex. E-Map. <br />(1) Demonstrate compliance with Rule 3. <br />a) At what point in the mining plan and to what depth overburden will be replaced in <br />relation to ongoing extraction. <br />Minimal overburden, as there is minimal topsoil in the area. <br />b} Specify maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes. If steeper than 3:1, Applicant must <br />include justification. <br />At some places in the area, original slopes aze steeper than 3:1. Applicant will attempt to <br />reclaim slopes to 3:1, but in azeas where original slopes aze steeper than 3:1, this may not <br />be possible. Applicant will shape slopes to blend with natural topography. <br />c) Specify measures taken to revegetate site: Thickness of plant growth medium to be <br />replaced; When will site be seeded? How seedbed prepared? State grass, etc. species and <br />amount per acre; Specify application method; Specify mulch if needed; <br />Please see NRCS letter attached. <br />d) Specify which ponds, streams, roads will remain after reclamation; Specify treatment of <br />waste rock dumps. <br />N/A <br />e) Reclamation treatment <br />Please see NRCS letter attached. <br />(2) Must provide estimate of cost to reclaim site based on what it would cost State to <br />complete reclamation; {unit costs/cu. yd.; volumes, haul distance, grades, cost of seed, <br />fertilizer/acre; equipment costs/operator wages, fuel, all items in reclamation plan) <br />$10,000.00 <br />
