County Road Dept., P.O. Box 667, Craig,
CO 81626, (970)-824-3217, has filed an
application for a Regular (112) Construction
Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Boazd under provisions of the Coorado Land
Reclamation Act far the Extraction of
Construction Matedals. The proposed mina
is known as the Powdenvash Pit #66, and is
located at or near Section 25, Township
11 N, Range 97. West Pdme Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is
Sept. 1, 2005, and the proposed date of
completion is Sept 1, 2025. The proposed
future use of the land is Rangeland.
