Should the analysis <br />from two samples indicate compliance with effluent limits, no further samples will need <br />to be obtained. <br />My research into the TCC records indicate that the requisite two samples have previously <br />been obtained and the effluent found to be in compliance. The information is <br />summarized by the following: <br />Samyle #] <br />On September 10, 1992 a sample was obtained by the Division for SAE sampling point <br />No. 3. The attached sample analysis and December 22, 1992 letter from the Division <br />indicate the sample point discharge flow was in compliance. <br />Sar>iple #2 ... <br />On May 25; 1493' a,sarnple was obtained by Mr. James E: Stover for SAE sampling point <br />Not 2: =A-copy ofMn Stover's notes~are'attached.for_theDivision's information.
