The Application Form should be complete now since I filled in the date, state and county
information. (At least I signed it the first time.)
2. On the legal right to enter, [ am now providing a copy of the Sand and Gravel Lease No. GL 3187
with the State Boazd of Land Commissioners, as well as a letter of permission from Bert Hartman,
Hartman Land and Cattle.
3. As far as Permanent Man-Made Structures, I finally got the damage agreement to be executed
with CIG. A copy is attached, and we now are waiting for their final approval, which will be in hand
and forwarded to you before Board decision.
I hope this clears up the questions and you can declare this application complete. When we receive
the go-ahead from you, I will start publication.
Thanks for your help. Please call if there are any questions.
Cordially,
Lloyd V.
