The general mine areas are identified by signs on all access roads <br />restricting entry to authorized personnel. Signs identifying the <br />area as a blasting area also describe the warning and all-clew- <br />signals. Each specific blasting area is identified as such and all <br />charged holes are guarded and posted against unauthorized entry:. <br />Prior to a blast, access to the immediate area of a blasting site is <br />cleared and controlled by qualified mine personnel. <br />5. A modulated siren will be sounded approximately 3 minutes before rife <br />blast. A single tone siren after the blast will aignal all clear. <br /> <br /> <br />
