These changes <br />are also reflected in the corresponding revised pages of the existing SPCC <br />plan, and should replace existing ones. <br />1) Pages 13 and 14 reflect a change in title and contact phone <br />number of the designated person, along with the delection of <br />reference to SPCC plan amendments whenever projects are completed. <br />No new projects are underway or planned at this time. <br />2) Appendix A, Mine ID No. 1 berm structure has been redesigned with <br />the updated design included. The berm was reconstructed because of <br />the existing structure required cleaning due to normal use and <br />sediment plugging. This structure is in place and at the same <br />location as in the past. <br />3) The Periodic Inspection Form has also been updated to reflect only <br />those structures that are existing. <br />
