Pursuant to Rule 2. l.2(4)(b) & (g), this man-made strvcmre
must be shown on the Pre-mining or the Mining Plan map.
Mr. Hamacher's report dots not identify the residence as being aman-made structure that will not be adversely
affected by your mining operation. His report does address the other man-made structures that are within the
proposed affected area and within 200 feet of the proposed affected area. I agree with Mr. Hamacher's
conclusion that the telephone line, water line, and power line will not be adversely affected by the proposed
operation >u long as there is at least a 30 foot setback from the strvctures.
Will the foundation for the truck scale have rebar or wire mesh in the concrete mix? I will need this
information to determine demolition cost for the bond.
I am enclosing a copy of correspondence received by the Division from the Office of rho State Engineer.
If you have any questions give me a call.
Sincerely,
~~
J~e
Fnvironmeotal Protection Specialist
Enclosures
OF COLORADO
M:WSSL®Nldicls jd
