Cattany <br />420 E. 58th Ave., Ste. 200 Atting Division Director <br />Denver, CO 80216 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Mary's Mountain Gravel <br />Pit, File No. M 2003-068 <br />Deaz Ms. Shaw Canda: <br />On September 11, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Pemlit application for the Mary's Mountain Gravel Pit, which is located in Huerfano County. All <br />comment and review periods began on September 11, 2003. The decision date for your application is scheduled <br />for October 13, 2003. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record <br />of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Retlnn Receipt Requested, to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geoklgy prior to the decision slate. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Huerfano Coumy Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Act.
