The <br />current rates of the Attorneys who represent the Client on behalf of the Firm are James G, <br />Felt, $210.00 per hour, Steven T. Monson, James W. Culichia at $195.00 per hour, Chris <br />D. Cummins at $140.00 per hour, Karen L. Remling at $120.00 per hour, and Margaret M. <br />Maldonado at $160.00 per hour. <br />6. Costs and Other Expenses: In addition to the Attomeys fees described in <br />Paragraph 5, the Client shall pay all costs, expenses, necessary disbursements, and <br />reasonable personal and travel expenses incurred by the Finn in connection with the <br />purpose of employment stated herein. Photocopying shall be charged at the Finn's <br />current rate, Extraordinary mail expenses shall be charged at cost. All long. distance <br />telephone calls and cellular telephone calls shall be charged at cASt. <br />7.
