On June 14, 2004, we submitted an MLRB 112 Application for the Tucson South
Resource gravel mine site in Adams County, CO. In supplement to the original
application, we have completed a "Groundwater Modeling Study on Hydrologic Effects
of Mining". Enclosed please find one (1) original unbound copy, and one (1) bound copy
of the groundwater model for your review.
As required by the DMG regulations, a copy of this information was submitted to the
Adams County Clerk and Recorder. On the same date the DMG receives this application,
a copy of the "Receipt of Application" signed by the Clerk will be forwazded by fax.
