Posey, Acting Senior Environmental Protection Speciali st <br />RE: Michael Browning, Wet Canyon Mine, File No. M-2003-072 <br />Please be advised that on September 17, 2003, Michael Browning, whose address and telephone number are 16503 <br />CR 31.9 P.O. Box 93, Weston, CO 81091; (719) 868-3621, filed an application to conduct Surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 28, Township 325, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in <br />Las Animas County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, <br />and Range. The application decision is scheduled for October 17, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review, unless you receive a CD, at the Las Animas County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Sheet, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections of the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted <br />within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process <br />by the Division. You should contact the applicant far the newspaper publication date.
