• 703.19 cfs. For a four-month irrigation season, this would
translate to 15,050 acre-feet on an absolute basis and 152,331 acre-
feet on a conditional basis for a total of 167,371 acre-feet. The
total quantity of storage rights is 78.49 acre-feet on a decreed
absolute basis and 54,200 acre-feet on a conditional basis, for a
total of 54,278.49 acre-feet. The grand total is 221,649.49 acre-
feet. The presentation of these quantities demonstrates that CYCC
holds sufficient water rights to mitigate any potential problem with
respect to water availability, and specifically, such quantities
will be sufficient to mitigate any potential adverse impacts on fish
and wildlife.
As discussed in detail under Rule 2.05.6 C3), the proposed
• mining operations will not have an adverse effect on surface or
ground water quality or quantity. However, the aforementioned
water rights are available as a source of replacement water in the
eatremely remote event of a depletion in the amount of available
surface or ground water caused as a result of the mining activities.
(4) A map prepared according to the standards of 2.10 showing:
(a) The locations of water supply intakes, ditches,
reservoirs, and wells within a one mile minimum radius of the affected
area, current users of surface water flowing into, out of, and within a
hydrologic area defined by the Division, and those surface waters which
will receive discharges from affected areas in the proposed permit area
and adjacent area;
2.04-53
