Because of the uncertainty of flows a sample was not obtained during the
2"a calender quarter. However a sample was obtained on July 8, 2002 to serve as the 2"a
quarter effluent sample. A copy of the Colorado form -- CDPS Wet Test Report Form -
Acute is attached as required. Test results indicate that the effluent was not acute]y toxic
to fathead minnow survival
If available, an additional 3`a quarter effluent sample will be obtained from outfall 011.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (970) 929-5806.
/~~Ll,~i~..z.a ~ . ~ Xv~
/ 'll
'James A.
