Archer, Manager of Operations _ <br />_ 10200 West 44t' Avenue, N120 <br />Wheatsidge, C0 80033 - <br />(303J+422-8064 . <br />with the facility contact of.• (same as above) <br />to discharge from facilities identified as the hfEADOWS 711 M1f/NE, located in Sections 14, 23, 24 and 26, T6N, R87W, Roua <br />County, as shown in figure 1 of the permit; from Discharge Points rdent~ed as 002 and 003 as shown in figure 2 of the <br />permit. <br />PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT.• In a letter dated May 16, 1996, Savage and Savage, consultants jot the permittee requested <br />deferion of outfal! 001. The area served by this outfal! has been fully reclaimed and all bond previously held by the CO <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (GONG) has been released jot this specific area. The pond with designated outfal! 001, <br />known as the Yampa River Sedimentation Crusher Pond, remains but no longer serves an industrial area. /t has been <br />converted to agricuhural use jot livestock watering and similar activities. This has been verifted by CDMG. Agricultural <br />discharges are exempt from CDPS permit requirements. On this.basrs, the pond discharge is no longer subject to CDPS <br />permit requirements and can be deleted from this permit cetr~cation. As of the date shown below, outfal! 001 is deleted from <br />permit certification number COG850012. <br />Figure 2 is amended to delete outfal! 001.
