Box KK, Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 878-5061, filed an application to conduct surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 36, Township 2S, Range 1 O I W, 6th Prime Meridian, <br />in Rio Blanco County. The application decision is scheduled for September 9, 1998. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Blanco County Clerk & Recorders office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
