Such discharges shall <br />be in accordance with the conditions of this permit. <br />This peruut specifically authorizes the facility listed on page 1 of this pern>it to discharge process water <br />andlor swrmwater associated with operations engaged in mitring and processing of sand and ,;ravel <br />(iucludin~ rock gad stone used as aggregate), and mining and quarrying of other nonmetallic minerals <br />except fuels, as of this date, in accordance with the permit requirements and conditions set forth in Parts 1 <br />and II hereof.
