Comment-Ref. 10.2 refer 10.2.1.A, 10.2.1.C, and the criteria <br />matrix (has consideration been given to all of section, or that portion <br />that fits the immediate need?). Comment- Ref. 4.3 refer 4.3.16 (pg. 28) <br />(an impossible task). <br />]n the commissioners resolution 89-93 they have not thoroughly examined <br />the county code relating to this project or considered the enormous <br />impact the project will impose on surrounding area residents, including <br />rtiany who are not directly abutting the project site.
