Division Director <br />Longmont, CO 80503 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Starks Quarry, File No. M- <br />2001-114 <br />Dear Mr. Loukonen: <br />On December 31, 200], the Division of Minerals and Geology received yow 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Starks Quarry, which is located in Larimer County. All comment and <br />review periods began on December 31, 2001. The decision date for your application is scheduled for January 30, <br />2002. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record <br />of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in ow office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing yow application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Ad.
