No.: Pond #5 <br />Inspection Period: First Quarter, 2004 <br />Inspection Date: March 10, 2004 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This sediment control pond lies north east of the main facilities area. All drainage from the <br />reclaimed mine facilities area is directed to this pond. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
