The engineer's report indicated that maintenance to the inlet of Johnson Gulch pond #9R
is necessary. The report also noted that an oil boom in the Industrial Waste Pond needs resetting. The
Division will verify these items have been corrected during the next surface inspection. Although
several ponds needed sediment mazkers reset, none of the reports indicate that any ponds require
sediment clean out. The first quarter 2001 pond inspection comply with Rule 4.05.6.13
Thank you for the timely submittal of these reports.
Sincerely,
C:/jhb/C81010/Sediment Pond Inspection/2001 first q.doc
Enclosure
Cc: Dan Hernandez, DMG
